Poor customer service

I bought a Sumsung A13in June 2023,the phone is freezing,it becomes hot when I charge it started after updating the software,I send an email via their website complaining,no response,I'm so disappointed,I have been using Sumsung for more than 10 years.They need to take their customers seriously.Im stuck with this phone.
