Very Poor Service

bought clothes for my son for R1000 only to find 2 items too fotting,since I misplaced the reciept,I thought it wouldn't be much of a problem to exchange size since it has never been with woolworths,but naarjtjie/earthchild maponya gave me hell,told me to go get a bank starement,only to come back and be told the region manager is not picking up the phone so I need to come back someday.oh wow.stuck with clothes I don't know what to do with.maybe I should just stock to my woolies.
