Poor service and unrealistic rules

<p>I received a gift for my son s birthday and i dont know who its from as the gift was not labelled. The item is small. I have no gift receipt. But the item is in the store still. I was told there is nothing that can be done for me. Its a loss. What kind of customer service is that? Woolies, Pep, Ackermans, Edgars would help me. Clearly you dont value your customers. I will never ever buy here. I will stick to Woolworths.</p>
