Poor fabric

Good day.

I have purchased a Naartjie tracksuit for my son,the tracksuit was worn once and the time i washed it,the one side of the arm faided out,the colour just went faided and funny its only on the one side,i washed it only with washing powder .What must i now do with a tracsuit like that..i paid so much money for it but fabric poor .
