please deal with this

as i went for a return and exchange of clothes at Naartjie at Eastgate Mall, i did do the exchange but i was refused to refund a gift bag i also bought. i read their return policy at the back of the slip and no were it talks about not returning a gift bag. i asked to speak to the manager and was told shes not there, then the other shop assistant pritended calling their mananger, with attitude i was told that the manager " Sandara Du Plesis" doesnt want to talk me and her word is final that i can nnot return the bag. even if i couldint return it, the attitude those ladies gave me where so pathetic. and they **** to me about the **** call they did. i completed a survey ratingg the store but i had no response what so ever. plese assist with this .
