NAARTJIE EAST RAND MALL - PATHETIC SERVICE

I bought two pants and two sweaters for my 1 year old. when i got home I realised that there is a mark on the one sweater. the manager/supervisor instore told me its impossible for the items to have marks. even if they take it for assessment, it will be rejected.

I was told i should buy a dye and dye the item.

Pathetic service, needless to say I will close my truworths account.

One buys quality only for it to be DAMAGED.
