Naartjie Cavendish Square. Very dissapointed service&attitude from store Manager Bella.

On the 8th of August 2018. I purchased from the Naartjie store in Cavendish Square, a pants and a top for my 5 year old girl. I recently visited the same branch to take back the items that were too small and I noticed the stitching was coming loose. The lady took the clothes out of the bag and immediately accused me of washing these items. She had a very bad attitude even after I explained to the stiching was coming loose. A month hasn't gone by yet and the lady at the Cavendish Branch did not want to assist me at all. I belive this is the manager of the store, her name is Bella. extremly bad service and attitude problem. I then visited another branch and gave them the same explanation, the lady behind the counter was very helpful and returned it back to my account.
