Bad Policies and Rude Staff

I bought clothes on the 29th Feb only to findout that the sizes are a bit bigger. I called the branch on the 3rd wanting to exchange for a smaller size as I had lost my slip. the staff member (Queen) who was very rude and kept on asking me why did I loose the receipt if I had bought 2 days ago which it wasn't really appropriate for her to ask me that infact its not her place to ask such questions SHE IS *********** I MUST SAY and bad customers service. informed me that they can no longer do exchanges without a slip.I was also informed that ITS A NEW policy since Naartjie was bought over by Truworths. Meaning that if you are a cash customer you can not do cash purchase just incase I loose my slip. A bit disappointed I'm not sure if ill ever shop at naartjie by the way there's too many shopping options out there just a THOUGHT!<br> <br>
