Amazing return service

I returned a pair of my daughters pants that were only 3 months old because the seam was tearing. Naartjie went above and beyond my expectations- they refunded me my money, they let me keep my broken pair AND gave me a brand new pair in a colour and size of my choice. I didn't expect such kindness and am overwhelmed with gratitude.

I recently returned a broken clothing item to another major retailer after three months. I faced months of unreturned phone calls and eventually I was refunded half the value of the shoes and I was given no option of having my shoes returned to me.
