DEBIT ORDER THAT WENT THROUGH MY ACCOUNT

Hi I would like to report that there was a debit order that went through out my account on 15/03/2016 to NAAHMEMBER which I do not know of and I have not authorized any debit order for NAAHMEMBER *** JUST 160315 DR Naedo for R110.00 I would like this debit order to be stopped and be reversed. please assist.
