Unprofessional Service

No accountability what so ever. When I went to collect my car after being repaired, it wasn't my 1st choice, but it was a 3rd party claim and their insurance seems to be working with them, and got quoted from them. Upon collection, I noticed that something was missing and when I addressed it with the work shop manager, he said he sees it on the pictures he took when I dropped it off. They went to look and couldn't find it. We wrote it down stating that he will look for it as it was there on the car, if he doesn't find it, it will be replaced.

From the 5th of July till now, nothing has been resolved, they told me it wasn't there, and I sent the pictures that I have that show it was there, I even have a video. From the 13th of July till today, I have been ignored, no replies to my questions and emails. Basically I'm told to replace it myself. I hope Discovery insurance rethinks the people they work with because it will also bring their name down as they recommended these guys.
