Terrible service and no accountability

Last year in September I was unfortunate enough to need to have my car fixed twice. The first time I chose N4 Auto Craft because they were close to me. This was my first mistake. One of the dents from the accident was overlooked and the driver side floormat had been damaged, such that it does not fit and stay in place properly anymore.

The second accident came and I chose to give N4 Auto Craft a chance to remedy these mistakes by using their services again. They were notified of their previous mistakes well in advance and yet they never addressed them.

The work needed this time around was to replace the front right-side panel. When I got there it was immediately evident that it was not fitted correctly. After having wasted my time I only got it back the next day.

Now a few months later, after having called multiple times, I still have not heard anything from them about the floormat they needed to replace. I have also discovered the panel they replace have caused the rubber insulation where the door meets the panel to come loose.

Do not use their services if you value your car.
