TERRIBLE PATHETIC SERVICE

OUTSURANCE being my service provider sent my vehicle to N4 Autocraft for repair. this was on 11 January 2022. N4 has no decency to keep the client informed of progress. i have to keep calling and still get no answers. after complaining of lack of communication, they started sending an automated watsapp message.

the workshop manager was supposed to call me with progress, and ne never did. it is 3 months later, my vehicle is still not repaired, N4 Autocraft cannot submit a simple report. they cannot give guarantee on their workmanship. these guys are a ****** joke. OUTSURANCE also should have known better than to use these types of service providers. GUYS DONT ALLOW YOUR VEHICLE TO GO N4 AUTO CRAFT.
