Poor service.Panel beating

My car has been in their possession for repairs since 1 February, I have asked them to at least assist by borrowing me a car as I am struggling to travel especially to and from work with no positive feedback. I am a nursing sister have been working thru out the lock down, have ran out of options. All I get from them on a weekly basis,is an automated message that says my car is in panelbeati. kindly assist
