pathetic service

<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">Good day ,</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14px;">On the 30/04/2016. I drove down to Pietermaritzburg from Johannesburg.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14px;">In all the toll plaza my FNB platinum debit card was not working and had to be manually captured ,and I made to sign.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14px;">When I go to TUGELA PLAZA, gate 14, A lady by the name of PHUMELEL KUNENE ,ID 1538 , gave me what was to be the worst service I have ever received .</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14px;">She did not bother to great me ,which is fine. When my card did not work, she shoves it back to me saying your card declined. I rep**** to her saying the card works , She first she asks me “ARE YOU TELLING ME OR ARE YOU ASKING” . I respond stating that I have p***ed two toll plaza already before I could finish she asks if I was flying over. That’s when I asked to speak to her supervisor.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14px;">She told me if I need the supervisor I must go get her at the office she will not call her. I got out of the car jumped over barriers to get to the offices on the other end of the highway.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14px;">When her supervisor told her what to do, She was still rude to me and harsh words were exchanged between us.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14px;">How can such a rude , angry disrespectful person be put to serve people on roads. Never have I been so angry , driving in that state my life and that of other road users was put in danger.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14px;">Can I kindly request my case be dealt with or can somebody please ***ist me in directing me to the </span></p>
