Poor service after sales service

<p>I purscased a set of lower control arms for my Jeep from N2 Used Spares in Strand. After taking it to a fitment centre, they told me that the rubbers where worn, after the salesman at N2 Used Spares told me that he ckecked it and it was still in very good condition. When I took the control arms back the salesman did not want to refund me and told me I can get something else woth the R2000 I paid. I decided to take steel rims instead for my wife's Chev Aveo</p> <p> When I took the rims to have it fitted they told me that it can't be used because the rims are for a Chev Spark. Again I took it back to have it exchanged for the correct size rims? I could not be helped because the Owner was not in. The *********** salesman told me I can fit any size tyres on the rims. Clearly he did not know much about anything. He told me if my current tyres doesn't fit on the incorectly supp**** rims I must by new ryres that will fit. Who in there right mind will fit 155/65 tyres on their car if it came out with 185/65 tyres? I left my contact details and the incorrect rims there and asked that the owner contact me and deliver the correct rims to my house. </p> <p> No call or delivery was received. </p> <p>This is the worst dealing with a 2nd hand spares dealer that I ever experienced. If the owner is not there then you can't do business.</p> <p>They also seem to have no method of communicating with the owner if he is not there.</p>
