Going the exstra mile

I bought from them n new type of spare wheel bracket. The bracket works very well, but because of the heavy spare wheel the shock fitting has broken on 3 different occasion Every time they have fix it free of charge although it is not their fault but a design error from the bracket supplier. Everyone can make a mistake and I understand that a new product may have teething problems. But i is the way you resolved the fault, that make the difference between good service or bad service. Nobody can ask for more.WELL DONE Horst and rest of staff. It is really a pleasure doing business with such professional people. I will recommend you to anyone. Keep it up.
