Wimpy's disgusting customer service

<p>To go to Wimpy first asking if my friend and myself may have a straw just to be told we have enough to buy something in order to get the straws ( fair enough) but when it gets to a point of the front desk host is utterly rude, no client savey, disrespectful and just has no care for customer service!! When a simple question of innocence is asked but get such a response like!!! It is honestly disgusting! I use to go there as a child where we would feel the warm family love and all was in peace knowing that you walked into a family environment. I really hope that the managers sort this out due to the fact that I will not be going there. If this was the service we got just from being at the front of the desk, I would not want to go take another step forward to eat there!</p> <p> </p>
