VODACOM -N1CITY

I have had the worst experience in my life by Vodacom n1city, very unprofessional and also no care in customer care. I have been waiting a month to transfer a contract to my name an upgrade. I made 20 calls after them, they could not even get my paperwork and where it Is in the store!!, no call back except once. I come to the store personally and the person that is suppose to help me is standing at the door of the store looking around. The person at Vodacom also so unprofessional to swear while am on the phone and I can hear it....... I AM SO UNHAPPY WITH MY SERVICE ....with CELL C I never had this
