N1 City Not Allowing Customers to Shop - No notice given
N1 City Mall is not allowing customers into the mall after the mall has been flooded and there are no solutions from the security as to how customers can get to the shops inside the mall. The security were unable to answer questions that were asked from other customers. There was no indication outside the mall informing customers that they are not allowed in the centre and this mislead many customers to spend time finding parking and getting out of the car onlt to get nothing done. Very disappointed in the service.

Thanks for your feedback below. Please note that customers are allowed into the mall, however redirected where areas are extremely wet to avoid accidents. Communication has been loaded onto the Face book Page regarding the flood and customers are advised to phone stores directly to check if they are open.
