Car guards are being charged R35 per day, when most people, if they give anything, will give R1 or R2. Taking the maximum number of guards at the centre into account, it means the Centre gets maybe R30 000 per month from them. The Centre is raking in millions, but they are robbing the poorest of the poor, for a few bucks. Let's stop this
