Injury on escalator. No feedback

Had injury on escalator. No indication out of order or use at own risk. Emailed n1city mall head office, told me they are awaiting feedback from there insurance department. Its been more that a year now. I provided medical documents for the checkup from the Dr. Still no feedback.
