Unwilling to process refund

We paid for a course for my young brother and had to cancel as he got employment.

Contacted Nosa, got in touch with a Aubrey sent all necessary forms on 27/11/2017 and was informed that refund would be processed on 15/12/2017.

TO date NOTHING, emailed a Keletso (19/12/2017)to follow up as got an out of office from Aubreys email.

Tried endlessly to call on 21/12/2017 and could not get through to anyone at nosa. This is bull as they expect payment timeously for courses but cannot honour refunds.
