<p>Today I was contacted by NOSA Cape Town regarding my Samtrac Rewrite(2015)money I still have to pay . This was despite the fact that I already paid the money on the day I wrote my re-write examination. I still remember that I arived late for the exams, and a NOSA Coordinator, Portia, took the money. She said it was ok for her to receive the money and she will pay it into the bank account. I trusted her to do it.</p> <p>Last year, I was contacted by an official from NOSA regarding the outstanding amount for the re-write examination. I explained it to the official. Her response was that she will follow it up. I than also contacted Ms Portia, telephonically regarding the matter and she confirmed that she received the money and will follow up the matter with the Finance Department. I then phoned again and asked her if she spoke with the offical and sorted out the problem and she told me everything was fine and she spoke to the offical .I was never contacted by offical again after Porcia said she sorted it out.</p> <p>In Janaury this year, I drove to NOSA offices in Durbanville to enquire about the matter. Upon my arrival it was only the cleaning lady at the offices and she said that the rest of the staff was attending a meeting.</p> <p>Until today, I was under the impression that the matter was resolved as Ms Portia convinced me. </p> <p>The company that recently Employed me is currently doing from yesterday a Background and ******** checking on me,as it is a International Company .I am employed helping contractors with their safety files .I personally (not on companies behalf)recommend NOSA to contractors for safety Training upon their request to where they can do Safety trainings .</p> <p>I am very unhappy with NOSA from today upon the contacting, me and the employee argued regarding the money I Did pay .She asked me for my email address for me to state in the email what happend so that they can do a investigation on the matter and if I did not respond on the email they will hand me over for collection .I gave my email address and till now they have not sent me an email and no one contacted me after to confirm if my email address was correct .</p> <p>I asked if can try and contacted Justin regarding the matter and was told that Justin would not respond to such small complaint .</p> <p>What bad result will this matter reflect to the background(qualifications) and ******** checking on me ,as I am still new at my company .</p> <p>I will pay NOSA the money as to I can not lose such BIG JOB OPPERTUNITY that I have now .</p> <p>I am Highly unhappy with service at NOSA and will do training at NOSA again .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
