Hi I'm Chris The service at Nosa is indeed very poor,my daughter completed SAMTRAC training in 2021 to date she never got the certificate,we went to Westville college on the 25th January this year,we told they will look for the certificate no communication to date, tried to send email no reply tried to call they always unavailable.
