STILL WAITING FOR MY CERTIFICATE SINCE 2018

I did my INTRODUCTION TO SAMTRAC back in 2018 and never received my certificate.I’ve been calling to get my certificate with no luck. About a month ago I Spoke to Keketso Mosotho who promised to find my certificate on their Archives, She hasn’t gotten back to me . If Nosa can’t provide my certificate can they please refund my money because their courses aren’t cheap.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRAINING CENTRE .
