Still haven't received my certificate since March 2018
Nosa has got to be the worst training centre ever!!! just the thought of completing my first aid cours L1-3 and not getting my certificate makes me livid! and the useless staff from Pinetown who always promise to get back to you but never. Till this day i have not received my First Aid certificate that i did in 2018 March. Keagan the branch manager or whatever he is,is a ***** shame, wasted all my damn money! total bull**** honestly
