Sheril Rude

<p>I spoke to a woman by the name of Sheril who works for NOSA Boksburg, her attitude is atrocious especially if she is dealing with people that are enquiring about certificates that they have paid for. The only question she had to answer was NO but instead she was full of it and instead started speaking slowly like I dont understandand english. Her telephone etiquette is non existent and sarcasm is uncalled for as we are not friends and the only relationship we should have is a customer/client relationship.
