I am unsatisfied in the way our exams get mark and that I am new in the SHE line of work but all thought I am a technical person and have a wide knowledge and experience I feel that the facilitator and myself dont understand each other when it comes to my answers. Even after I put in a appeal and i did explain myself in these answers , when I got a call to say after the re mark I got even less pionts now, I specifically ask about the marks I queried about I could get no feed back from the facilitator as I was told to wait and see him when his back in east london.In my answers paper I even referd to a simaler incident that is happening to VW germany as a result to my shemp and he hade no idea what I was talking about. So I feel the way our papers get marked with the little knowledge out side the facility is not fair towards me as I hade some idea of what I was talking about but could not be awarded pionts. .even as the branch manager pointed out some marks to me I still got my appeal back with less marks .and there where more questions to pionts not awarded but got no feed back. Just a sorry try again...
