Samtrac for mining results

Once again am not happy with the way nosa centurion operates it's business,I wrote samtrac for mining from 18-29 may and I haven't received my results yet and it has already passed 20 days,so when I called nosa they told me that I have passed,but my question is what guarantees do I have that I have passed as I have received my results verbally and not in writing,what message is nosa sending to its clients?justin I would really appreciate it If you could find out for me whether I have passed or not because I clearly don't trust Vanessa,kind regards victor
