Samtrac Course - Statement of Results not yet received...

I did my Samtrac course in 2021 and since then i have not yet received my statement of results. This shows your competency rating and without it the certificate does not mean alot. I have send enquiries to the branch that managed my certification and I have also sent enquiries to nosa info aswell. They keep telling me they will get back to me and then if you follow up again there is no reply.

I would just like to get confirmation if I will be getting my statement of results???

I did pay this much money and put in all the work to not get my statement of results!!!
