Refund
I have written to NOSA on numerous occasions requesting a refund but to no avail. I have contacted all the people involved in the process, from Rose, her supervisor but I have been shoved from pillar to post. I even send the required form for refund but still nothing. This is not professionalism yet their training is beyond excellent
