Poor service

Recently we are experiencing bad service from NOSA. Students are taken from pillar to post since they are best in the field of providing SAMTRAC courses. Due to their dominance in this filed they are giving sub standard services. I had been trying to secure a space for my sisters for rewrite for months now, their service is so poor. Every time when they are suppose to write, something is not right. Their administrative staff are covering up for each other. No one takes the blame or follow up on anything.

Due to scarcity of their courses they had resorted in doing business with students, they are failing dismally. They just don't care, their phones are unanswered for ever.
