Poor response and service from NOSA

I have done my Neboshand passed both exams, I submitted my practical which was assessed by Petrus the Nebosh trainer, I did not pass I then took some of the other students practicals to measure my second submission which was done better than the ones I saw from other students, Petrus was again the assessor who marked my practical, I failed again and contacted NOSA several times without success, I then got a response that I must appeal this was done nearly six months ago and still no response. I am really disappointed when Duncan left as their is no response now.
