Pathetic Service NOSA
NOSA is just a name. I recently completed a HIRA course on the 09 October 2020. The Facilitator Deryl Jaganath went AWOL with the test papers. The logistics department at the Pinetown Branch is completely useless. I paid for the course and have not gotten my results or a certificate despite it being over the 20 working day period. There is no one to complain to. Personally I would not recommend this useless institution.
