Not reliable at all and a waist of money and your time!!
Do not book training with this company as they are not reliable at all. I have booked a first aid course only to be told two days before the course that they don't have a seat available anymore. Very unprofessional and refunds take up to 14 days which is unacceptable for students who have borrowed money and are now being delayed by a month or two because they have to wait to get their money back in order to rebook at another service provider.
