NOSA Port Elizabeth worst service ever

I attended a Basic First aid training in September 2017 with NOSA. For almost 2 years I have battled to obtain my certificate. The first time they sent my certificate( sometime in 2018 after we had complained ) they had captured my phone number in the section where there ID is supposed to be captured and naturally I sent it back for correction. Yesterday (11 Jul 2019) a colleague followed up again and this morning the certificate was emailed to me. At this point I doubt I will ever set foot at NOSA again, nor will I recommend anyone to attend training their, rather go somewhere where you will receive good customer service.
