NOSA PMB

Hi there, I am a young lady that resides in Pietermaritzburg and have been having issues with NOSA. I paid for a variety of courses before hand so that I could secure my spot and studies, however there are two courses that kept been pushed back and postponed since last year September, I have been trying from them to get a refund from NOSA, as I had actually acquired my Samtrac without OHSA and Advanced OHSA, it really doesn’t make sense for me to study that over agin , however since then I have had no luck reaching them as they have closed up the Pietermaritzburg branch leaving me with no one to call for information, a lady from their Pinetown Branch called last year telling me they had to cancel the classes doe to insufficient number of students, I then asked for my refund where she said sho would email me what process I need to follow but nothing! Again this year another lady from Pinetown called and told me the same and I repeated that I just wanted my money back, this time around she sent me some information and I did as required, I was then communicating with Rose via email as she was handling it, she required some documents from me of which I immediately sent to her, she acknowledged them and told me that the refund process take 14 days, on the 14 day I called but this time around I couldn’t reach the number any more, I sent an email asking when I can expect my refund as that day marked 14 days, the response I got was that she glad submitted paperwork to her manager and doesn’t know when he will release payment. They couldn’t even give me a time frame, I really want my money back, I mean we are in a middle of a pandemic, everything is haywire, but most importantly their level of professionalism is at an all time ZERO
