NOSA has become a **** off a company.
I did my SAMTRAC with them in October 2015. All i want now is my Statement of Results and its is taking them forever. Something about Archive results that needs to be traced. They also send me a pack of the same course to redo to see if i am up to standard with their new accreditation. NO, just send me the SOR and I am happy. I have been strugglig for 4 months now. I am not the only one complaining about them. We have to name and shame them, this is not rght.
