No certificate after 4 months

I had done a course In July 2017 and I have been calling since the past two months regarding my certificate as I had passed. I have been promised someone will call me back till today I haven’t got response. I asked why haven’t I received my certificate they told me that an SMS was sent to my work landline, now tell me how will I be able to access sms on a landline? Mind you the course was paid by my employer, and they are expecting results so I can be able to work as a qualified health and safety first aider , but now I can’t because there is no proof that I had passed. It’s really putting a strain on me and my employer. This is Very bad service and I am terribly disappointed that for a company with 'HIGH RECOGNITION' and exorbitant fees, the service clearly doesn't match up to standard.
