No Certificate after 3 Months

I had done a course earlier this year and I have been calling since the past two months regarding my certificate as I had passed. I have been sent to 3 different people who all promised to get back to me as the certificate had not been signed. I waited for one month only to still have no feedback, after calling several times I had been informed there was an audit and to wait. I tried again after a week and no one knows where the certificates are!<br> <br> This is Very bad service as I have done a good few courses with Nosa. I am terribly disappointed that for a company with 'HIGH RECOGNITION' and exorbitant fees, the service clearly doesn't match up to standard.
