Horrible service

I failed their introduction to somtrak and was not even informed about the results being out I had to find out from classmates that they had received their results . When enquiring about a rewrite I ask for my script and was told to pay a fee of 400 for my own script and when I told the lady I was on the phone with that thats a **** she responded by sayin "I am the one who came to them" I do not recommend
