Failure to issue statement of results
I have been calling their Pietermaritzburg branch and sent from pillar to post regarding my statement of results which is a requirement when registering for HWSETA. This has affected my career and well-being and missed lots of opportunities because of their unkept promises to email me the statement off result.

21 Apr 2022, 22:00Till this day 6 months later I have not receive my statement of results for Itis-Train the Trainer, I don't know whether its incompetence or deliberate ignorance, I spoken to a lady by the name of Sisinyana whose last update was she have requested it from ETDP SETA, she confirmed that the results are at their disposal and send it to me and until this day nothing have been sent and I can't register to be a full time facilitator.
