Failing to pay back my money

This organization cancelled a course that i had fully paid in September 2017, i paid online straight from my account of which they have the account to refund the money,but thy failed.

I contacted them thy said thy want my statement to see if thy paying the money to the right account,m like *** because the very same account paid belongs to the owner. I gave them statement, then they come again asking for my booking form again *** thy have that they have booked me a class after all that sent to them.

Nosa cancelled the course and everyone knew that people will need refunds from their top bosses,it was not an unforeseen circumstance,now thy act like they didnt knw they should refund me.

I called their brach in Witbank and that lady just dropped the phone while talking. Its now over a month and aeeks still waiting for a refund from Nosa.

If this money was with me i would have drove to see my family even when my child was sick,if it was in my account it would have been generating interest. Nosa is f**kng around with my money but if i was the one who cancelled the booking i would b paying a penalty. NX m frustrated need my money ASP today in my account failing which they can kip it my advisor will contact them
