Disrespectful Bad Attitude

I booked a training with Nosa Centurion a month ago. Today I got a call from a lady called Kayttie from their Centurion office whom I did the booking with, informing me about the training cancellation. I asked her if I may go to Johannesburg training centres to attend to which she said yes. I called Boksburg office they told me theirs was not cancelled and will run in May. When I called Nosa Centurion again to request that they move my booking, I was transferred to Kayttie. Upon answering the phone, she said Nosa hello, and I did not know if it was her and I asked to speak to Kayttie and identified myself. She said to me\ Wisdom ke eng now ?"( Wisdom what is it now )"
