Can’t get certificate 6 months later..beware of doing courses with Nosa

I sponsored a lady to attend the Nosa first aid course, level 1-3, in PE in the first week of October 2017. I paid the course fee in advance, she attended the course for 5 days and passed the assessment. Since then I have been trying to get her certificate so that she can apply for positions as a carer. Despite emails, phone calls and Sms’s there is no certificate. This has caused problems at the places she has app**** to work as she can’t prove that she has a qualification. There is no facility to escalate complaints so potential students must be warned about registering with Nosa.
