Acknowledgement Of Communication

I received financial assistance from the JBMarks municipality in Potchefstroom. They want to make the payment to the NOSA offices in Vanderbijlpark as that will be the nearest for me to register at. The person at the municipality Mr Seabo has informed me that they require certain info to be adhered to by the institution and can only be provided by the institution and that he has subsquently e-mailed Shirley Ntsingila at the Vanderbijlpark office with all the details. I took it upon myself to also e-mail NOSA as well as Shirley and Ben Vermaak as i have had previous interaction with them. Sadly it's been 3 days and we have not had any respons or even acknowledgement of our communication in this regard. I would like urgent resolution to this as i need to go register and make travel and accomodation arrangements. Is there anyone who can provide the municipality with the necessary info because the onus is on me to get this from NOSA
