9 months now and I haven't received my results

Between 2-4 September 2014 I attended training (Fall Protection Plan development?) at NOSA working at heights. This training was paid and the invoice number is IN045100. The lady who facilitated from NOSA her name is Henri?tte Gloss. My trainer was MARTIN BEZUIDENHOUT and i hear he left NOSA. The last email I received from him was for my Summative test results of which i had passed and i promised to go pick up my temporary permit that was on 26 September 2014. Since then I have sent numerous emails to NOSA following up on my final results and no one has got back to me. I have been referred to numerous individuals who have promised to come back to me and no avail.<br> <br> This is very unprofessional of such an organisation. If i don't get a response to this complaint, as a company we going to take legal action because we paid money and time spent doing the training.
