DON'T allow this company to handle your parcel. My experience is of wholesale theft. A parcel containing a valuable gift sent from the USA to me in KZN reached Cape Town and was fetched by the local agent appointed by UPS.... N NGQOYI PTY LTD. They were instructed to deliver it to me. After R15 000 in import duty was paid by me to them.....confirmed by my bank and Interbank and their bank....they absolutely refuse to deliver my parcel. They employed threats of auction to try to get me to pay a second time. When I refused and told them I was going to involve the ombudsman to resolve the matter their response was to deactivate the mobile number we were using to communicate. This started on 18 August 2021 and to date... 26 October 2021.... I am without my R15 000 and my parcel....a gift from a friend who has since died. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE *******.
