Poor Service and Undisclosed Damage – Very Disappointed

We bought a car from N and N Car Sales in Rustenburg and had issues from the start. There was a bubble in the wing mirror which the salesman brushed off, telling us to "peel the silver off." Soon after, the radio stopped working due to water damage from their valet. We were told there’s “nothing they can do” and now face a R12,000 replacement cost.

To make things worse, we later discovered the car had been in a previous accident—something they never disclosed. After traveling from KZN to Rustenburg, we are extremely disappointed with the service, lack of accountability, and dishonesty. Not acceptable at all.
